These terms are between you and MESH Electrical Pty Ltd (ABN 73 657 054 290) (“MESH”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or any MESH app, you agree to them.

Our website

The information on this website is general and is provided to help you learn about our services. It isn’t a quote or professional advice for your particular property. Prices, availability and rebates can change, and a written quote from MESH is the only offer we make.

The content, photos and logos on this site belong to MESH. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Our electrical work

Electrical work is carried out under the written quote or work order for that job, and in line with AS/NZS 3000 and South Australian law. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.

MESH business apps

MESH runs internal apps, including the “Mesh Integration” connection to QuickBooks Online and the Mesh Field Hub, to manage jobs, records and accounts. These apps:

• are for use only by MESH Electrical and its staff, for MESH’s own business
• only access accounts owned by MESH, and only after a MESH administrator approves the connection
• are provided “as is”, and MESH is responsible for checking any records they create
• can be disconnected at any time from the app settings in QuickBooks Online, which stops all further access

Data these apps handle is treated as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MESH isn’t liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this website, or from a third-party service (such as QuickBooks, ServiceM8 or Microsoft 365) being unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
